WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT🍹
Be still. God is near.
This is the monthly day of prayer for mental health and the Pope’s monthly prayer is for the values of sports.
I thank the Lord for sports and how they can be good for my mental health, spirit and body and help build community.
Forgive me for when I became overly competitive, disrespected opponents and became arrogant when I or my team was successful.
Tomorrow, help me to listen to the words of Pope Leo XIV and “not idolize performance but recognize the dignity of those who play.”
Hail Mary…
