WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
A break during the day
I take a break during the day to lift my heart to your Heart, Lord. What has happened today? Where and how can I recognize your presence, which accompanies me at every step?
I acknowledge and give thanks for your loving care that draws me to you:
With cords of tenderness, with bands of love, I drew them to me; I held them close to my cheeks as if they were infants; I bent down to feed themโฆ (Hosea 11:4)
Thank you, Lord, for treating me with infinite mercy and kindness.
Make me a collaborator in your work by defending the lives of my brothers and sisters, especially those who are threatened.
I pray the prayer of the month together with the Pope and my brothers and sisters of this Prayer Network.
