WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
In Jesus
Here is a moment of rest in the middle of the day.
I reflect on what has already passed, and I turn to God in prayer.
โOur hope is Jesus, He who stirs within you the desire to make your lives great, to be better people, and to improve society by making it more humane and fraternal. Let us remain united to Him; let us always remain in His friendship, cultivating it through prayer, adoration, Eucharistic communion, frequent confession, and generous charity.โ (Leo XIV)
Lord, I entrust to You the suffering world. As this day draws to a close, I want to be a disciple and an apostle for You on behalf of those around me. I give you my eyes, my hands, and my heart to carry out Your mission of compassion. Accept my life.
I pray the prayer of the month in union with the entire Popeโs Worldwide Prayer Network.
