How have you responded to today’s challenges? In what moments did you feel encouragement, hope, and in good spirits? Pause for a moment to enjoy and give thanks for those times when you have responded with greater freedom.
Ask His forgiveness for those moments when you have been trapped by your limitations and anger.
Commit yourself to the Lord, cultivating courage and good spirits for tomorrow. Ask Him to help you in this purpose.
