WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
I Prayed to my Lord, and He Heard Me.
Today, the Catholic Church commemorates Saint Scholastica, a nun and twin sister of Saint Benedict, the father of monks in Western Europe.
โIn fact, you reject God's commandment in order to observe your traditionโ (Mk 7:9).
โLet us ask the Lord, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin, to give us a pure heart, free from all hypocrisy, so that we may live according to the spirit of the law and attain its goal, which is love.โ (Pope Francis)
Ask the Lord to come and change your heart. Like Saint Scholastica, seek a deep love for Him so that all your actions may bear witness to love each day.
Offer this desire through the Offering prayer.
