WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Open to the Father
I give thanks for the day that is coming to an end and prepare to enter into a time of rest. Thank you, Lord, for everything that has been given to meโevery little detail, every gesture, every encounter I have experienced today.
I ask myself... Have I lived with an attitude of offering and openness to the Father, returning what I receive? Forgive my selfishness and closed-mindedness. Make my heart more open and receptive so that I may live with greater devotion to You and to my brothers and sisters.
I place my rest in Your hands, help me to live tomorrow as a child.
Our Father.
