Invited to the Banquet of Grace
It is Sunday, the Lordโs Day, a day of praise, prayer, and joy.
Your Word, Lord, urges me: โInvite everyone you meet to the wedding banquet.โ Your love is directed toward everyone, without distinction, and opens a path of universal welcome.
Teach me to welcome every person with respect and sensitivity, whatever their wounds or their story may be. Grant me the patience needed to walk alongside them without rushing, without losing heart in the face of resistance. May my love be genuine, guided by discernment.
The wedding garment reminds me of the call to inner conversion. Help me to grow in truth and charity. I offer you my day with trust.
