WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Good Fruit
Lord, this morning I thank You for awakening me to life. I prepare myself to hear Your word. โA good person brings good things out of the treasure of his or her heart, while an evil person brings evil things out of his or her evil treasure. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full ofโ (Luke 6:45).
I ask myself, what feelings dwell in my heart at this moment? Help me to remain united to You, Lord, so that feelings of care, respect, kindness, and commitment to our common home may flow from my heartโespecially so that the poorest among us may have fair access to water. May I offer You this good fruit, Lord.
I pray the offering prayer.....
