With the Heart
As the day comes to a close, take a moment to let your heart be at peace and your thoughts be still. Give thanks to the Lord for this new day of life.
Ask yourself: Where was your heart throughout the day? Acknowledge the moments when you were scattered and distracted. Ask the Lord for forgiveness and for the grace to focus your heart on what is important.
Offer your rest to the Lord, and ask Him to help you tomorrow to be present in every moment, living it with an attitude of service.
Pray the Lord’s Prayer.
