WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Reflection and Surrender
As the day comes to an end, remain alone with the Lord and invite His Word to examine you.
Where did you remain faithful to His command to go, and where did you take refuge in your own comfort? Did you care for what you received—time, food, resources—or did you treat it carelessly?
Give thanks for the good He sowed in you today; ask His forgiveness for your shortcomings and your lack of attention. Resolve, once again, to be less excessive in your habits and more responsible; less indifferent and more service-oriented.
Into His hands entrust those who had no food.
Conclude by praying the Our Father. Amen.
