WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Strength for Life
This afternoon, bring before the Father the preventable hunger and the intolerable waste in the world.
“…consider food and access to water as universal rights of all human beings…”. Together with Benedict’s wish, pray that what is produced may reach everyone, and that you may overcome the habit of throwing things away.
Today, take another look at what you have, and commit to using what is about to expire first and sharing what you can without causing embarrassment.
In closing, join in praying the monthly prayer for May. Amen.
