Step away from your activities to wrap up the day. Find some quiet and connect with your heart. How are you feeling right now? What do you want to be grateful for from your day?
Reflect on your attitudes throughout the day and identify the moments when you acted with gratitude, kindness, positivity, joy, and compassion. How were your conversations? What did you sow in others?
Give thanks for the moments when you were a peacemaker, and ask for forgiveness if at any time you caused unease or discord in your surroundings.
Ask the Lord to give you a heart as gentle as His.
