WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT๐ธ ๐ธ ๐ธ
Deep within me
I regain my calm and give thanks for the day that is coming to an end. I connect with my heart by closing my eyes and taking a moment of silence. I bring my full attention to this moment and look back on the day Iโve lived, as if I were a spectator watching a movie: people, places, situations, conversations.
What is still resonating in my heart? What is it that I want to give thanks for? I take a moment to let these thoughts resonate within me.
I place in your hands whatever has troubled me today, whatever robbed me of my peace, and the wrong I have done, whether consciously or unconsciously.
Grant me the grace to live from the heart tomorrow.
