WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Who do you say that I am?
On this Sunday, I join all Christians who gather to celebrate the risen Christ. We form a great chain of prayer throughout the world. Together with them, I receive the Word offered to us today: โJesus asked them, โAnd who do you say that I am?โ Then Simon Peter spoke up and said, โYou are the Christ, the Son of the living God.โโ (Mt 16:13โ20)
Jesus asks me this question as well: โWho do you say that I am?โ I take the time to reflect on how I want to answer him. I place myself at his disposal to carry out the mission with him.
I pray for the intention that Pope Leo has entrusted to us this monthโfor the evangelization of citiesโand I say the prayer of offering with love and surrender.....
