WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
In practice
During the afternoon break, I let the Pope’s words resonate in my heart:
“It is not enough to affirm in words that men and women have the same dignity and the same rights; this must be translated into concrete decisions, into laws, into access to work, to education, to social and political responsibilities, into the way society listens to and values the contribution of women” (Pope Leo XIV)
Grant me, Lord, the consistency to act in accordance with what I preach. May my actions reflect my desire to live as a child of the Father and a friend to all.
I pray the prayer of the month.
