WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Trust instead of fear
We have been given a new day. We are able to live because You give us life. Lord, we thank You!
In the boat with his disciples, Jesus sleeps while the storm rages. Seized by panic, they wake him: โLord, save us, we are perishing!โ He said to them, โWhy are you afraid, you of little faith?โ (Mt 8:23โ27)
How is our trust in those moments when God seems absent, as if asleep? Can we trust Him completely?
Lord, strengthen our trust and take away the fear that constricts our lives.
In communion with the Popeโs Worldwide Prayer Network, we live this day as prayer.
