WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
A Table that Welcomes
This afternoon, bring before the Lord the intention for this month: quality food for all and a real end to waste.
Francis was clear in his rebukes: “I want to ask… the large food corporations to stop imposing monopolistic structures of production and distribution that inflate prices and end up taking the bread from the hungry.” May this denunciation remain close to your heart.
Reflect on how you can make your table more welcoming and sustainable.
To conclude, say the monthly prayer. Amen.
