WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Reflection in Trust
Night is falling, return to God with the whole day in your hands.
Thank Him for the good He gave you and for what you learned from the difficulties. In the light of the Gospel, look at your decisions and examine whether you acted out of faith or out of a desire to control. Were you responsible with what you had—time, words, food—or did you let it slip away through carelessness?
Ask His forgiveness for your shortcomings and ask Him to purify your intentions.
Tomorrow try to live less superficially, more mindfully; less scattered, and more charitable.
Entrust to Him those who had no food today.
Conclude by praying the Our Father. Amen.
