WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Educate
Lord, as I wake up to this new day you have given me, I open my heart to thank you and to listen to you through your Word.
“At that time, Jesus went down to Capernaum, a town in Galilee, and taught them on the Sabbaths. They were amazed at his teaching, for his words were full of authority” (Luke 4:31–37). I contemplate Jesus teaching from the example of his own life. How do I teach those in my midst?
Lord, today I ask you to teach me to live a life of integrity and to teach from that example, just as you do. I place my day and the Pope’s intention in your hands through this prayer of offering.
