WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
The Joy of Play
For a moment, we find stillness and pay attention to how we are feeling right now.
Pope Leo links sports to the theology of St. Thomas Aquinas: โThomas recognizes that people play because play is a source of joy and that, for this reason, they engage in it for its own sake.โ
Where do we find joy? Do we also allow ourselves to be people who play?
We end this moment of prayer with the prayer of the month.
