WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Growing in Love for All
Under Your merciful gaze, Lord, we begin this new day. For this, we give You thanks this morning.
In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus calls us to love our neighbors and to love our enemies, for God too โmakes the sun rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.โ (Mt 5:43โ48)
Against whom do we harbor resentment or even hatred? This morning, we can consciously entrust that person to God and to His boundless mercy.
Lord, help us to grow in love for all people and make our hearts receptive. We pray the Prayer of Offering.
