WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Source of Living Water
This afternoon, I’m pausing to reflect.
“When we seek first the kingdom of God (cf. Mt 6:33), maintaining a right relationship with God, humanity, and nature, then justice and peace can flow, like an inexhaustible stream of pure water, nourishing humanity and all creatures.” Pope Francis.
Lord, the monthly prayer reminds me that water is a gift that soothes, nourishes, and cleanses. I ask for the grace to live out the attitudes of the month today, choosing concrete acts of care and solidarity.
I pray for the Pope’s intention for this month.
