WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
See and Share
At this hour present to the Lord the intention for the month and a genuine commitment to prevent waste.
"This throwaway culture has also made us insensitive to the squandering and waste of food," Pope Francis reflected. Ask Him to awaken you from within so that you do not accept injustice as normal.
Today take a concrete action: check what is about to spoil, organize it, and use it in time (reusing it at home or sharing it while it is still good).
Ask Him to teach you to treat food with respect, as a gift that sustains life.
For those who do not have enough today, lift up your prayer. Afterward, pray the monthly prayer. Amen.
