Acknowledging My Feelings
As evening falls, reflect on the day. Let what you’ve experienced today flow through your heart. Give thanks for any special grace you’ve received.
Examine your feelings. How did you wake up? Acknowledge the feeling with which you began your day. Did you feel sadness or loneliness throughout the day? How did you react?
Talk to your Father about those difficult moments and entrust them to Him so that He may transform them into service to others.
Set a specific goal and ask God for help in carrying it out.
