Night is drawing near. Enter into the stillness of your heart to reflect on the day. Thank the Lord for the moments that have brought you peace and joy. Pause to recall them so they may be etched in your heart.
Ask God to show you what challenges you faced today. How did you respond to them? Did you act freely, feeling love, hope, and trust in what you were experiencing? Did you feel anxious?
Learning from todayโs experiences, ask for the grace you will need tomorrow to act with inner freedom.
