I Choose to Change
I pause in the midst of my day and, following the rhythm of my breath, quiet my mind and prepare to meditate on these words from Pope Francis:
โLet us reflect on our lifestyleโฆ on our use of water, energy, and plastics, and on so many material goods that are often harmful to the Earth. Let us choose to change!โ
Lord, may our care for water be a sign of love and commitment to the lives of the poorest, educating new generations to value and protect the Earthโs resources.
I pray for this monthโs intention: for the just and sustainable management of water, a vital resource, so that all may have equitable access to it.
