WITH JESUS DURING THE DAY
Social Justice
I take a break from my day and rest for a few moments in Your loving presence.
I let the words of Pope Gregory the Great resonate in my heart: โThe earth from which they were formed belongs to all people, and therefore produces its fruits for the common use of all... It is in vain that those who appropriate Godโs common gift for themselves alone believe themselves to be innocent.โ Am I aware that water is a basic, fundamental right for everyone?
We ask Your forgiveness for having turned it into a commodity, forgetting that it is a universal gift, a right without borders, intended for all Your children.
I join in the intention for this month.
