WITH JESUS IN THE MORNING
Lightening the Burdens
Lord Jesus, on this new day, I open myself to your presence with gratitude.
โWoe to youโฆ because you load people down with burdens they cannot carry!โ (Lk 11:46). Through your Word, you remind me that no one should be crushed by burdens that are too heavy. You desire a life of freedom, filled with your peace.
Teach me to embrace my own fragility with honesty and tenderness. Free me from the oppressive demands that wound my heart and disturb my mental health.
Today I want to be part of a ministry that uplifts and comforts.
I offer this day to you for the Popeโs prayer intention and for a Church that cares for wounded hearts.
