WITH JESUS IN THE NIGHT
Be Open to What’s New
Reflect on the day. Bring what you’ve experienced into your heart and give thanks for it. Focus your attention on those moments that have been new, that have brought you new light and new understanding.
Turn your heart to the encounters and people who have brought you new hope, a different way of feeling, or new desires. What message from God do they bring you?
Write down what you discover. What do you wish to renew going forward?
Set a specific intention. Ask for help for a new day.
The Lord’s Prayer.
